Step 4) Complete

• Continue to appoint your director(s), secretary and shareholders. See our 
• You can also monitor the progress of your limited company registration as it is processed at Companies House online via our website.
• Once your company registration details are submitted to Companies House, you are sent an email confirmation.
• You will receive your company registration documents in a short time, typically three working hours later.
